Insanely tasty Whipped Feta Dip With Cherries Tomatoes

Whipped Feta Dip is a recipe that I saw so many times online and same it goes for the viral roasted feta and cherries tomatoes pasta. So I got an idea and mix them together. And OMG the result was better than I imagined. So let’s get to the ingredients. Keep on reeding.

What do you need:

Vegan feta
Vegan Greek Yogurt
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt Pepper
Origano
Thyme
Chilly flakes
Agave syrup
Cherries tomatoes
Garlic clove.

Let’s make this Whipped Feta Dip

Let’s start by preparing the ingredients.

Open your vegan feta.

I got my vegan feta from Vio Life, here is the link. However you can make your own really easily. Do you want to know how? Leave a comment below, and I’ll make in my next recipe. Then grab and cut the top part of two garlic cloves. Afterwards rinse well all your cherries tomato and place everything inside a baking tray. Now add salt, pepper to taste and abundant olive oil. And bake for about 40-50 minutes until everything is well roasted. When ready, leave a side too cool down.

In a blender place the baked feta and the two garlic, leave the cherries for later. Then open your greek yogurt. I got the greek yogurt from soyade. Add two or tree spoon to the blander. Then add a bit of lemon juice a sprinkle of origino, thyme and chilli flakes. And blend together until reaching the smoothest consistency.

Serve in a deep plate by spreading the whipped roasted feta with a spoon, then top with the cherries tomatoes and some more chilly flakes, olive oil and some agave syrup. Don’t be sceptic this would balance completely the saltiness of the feta and will give your plate another level.

Enjoy with some home made pita. I made a new recipe with a twist here is the link.
