The ultimate Basil hummus

If you don’t like hummus we can’t be friend ! I tried this hummus for the first last weekend when I prepared it for a dinner. It was just an experiment but my friend literally said that it was the best I tried this hummus for the first time last weekend when I prepared it for dinner. Ingredients

Chickpeas
garlic cloves
Tahini
Lemon Juice
Lemon Zest
Paprika
Cumin
Coriander powder
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Basil
Plant base yogurt

Procedure

Start by doing the classic hummus. In a large bowl or in your blender the chickpeas, a garlic clove, paprika, cumin and coriander powder, a spoon of tahini, two of greek yogurt the juice of half of a lemon, salt pStart by doing the classic hummus. In a large bowl or your blender the chickpeas, a garlic clove, paprika, cumin, and coriander powder, a spoon of tahini, two of greek yogurt the juice of half of a lemon, salt pepper, and a bunch of basil leaf. Make sure to cut them first with your hands. Blend everything together and pour it into a bowl. Spread it around with the back of a spoon, and add some chickpeas. And then aside prepare the lemon zest basil oil adding to the basil leaves, lemon zest salt, and pepper. A piece of advice try to let the oil marinate for at least 30 minutes and then top the hummus.
