the best Pad Thai

Let’s move to Thailand for a moment. Today you’ll learn how to make pad Thai a stir fry dish from Thailand which consists in stir fry veggies and rice noodles in a tamarind or peanut butter sauce with crunchy peanuts on top.

ingredients for pad thai

Rice noodles
Soy sauce
Peanut Butter
Palm sugar
Bell pepper


Let’s start by adding olive oil into a wok or large pan. afterwards Mince a garlic clove and When the pan is hot drop it inside. Afterwards add some fresh minced ginger and shallots and add a spoon of palm sugar to add a bit of sweetness. While cooking peal a carrots and cut it in sticks and add them also in the pan. Now start slicing the mushrooms and add them to the pan. When everything is cooked is time to add also the cooked rice noodles. Then mix peanut butter and soy sauce to create a nice and thick sauce to add a pan. Serve with sprouts and crushed peanuts and enjoy it with your favorite chops sticks.
