Not – tuna steak Watermelon can be used as tuna replacement if seasoned and prepared in the right way. Sea weed gave it an amazing fishy taste.
Ingredients
Watermelon
Soy Sauce
Sea Weed
Rice Vinegar
White Sesame seeds
Black Sesame seeds
Garlic mayo from Vegan Junkies
Avocado
Onion
Lime juice
Salt and Pepper
let’s make Not – tuna steak Watermelon
For the tuna marinade, cut a juicy watermelon into cubes, and in a pot add a lot of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and seaweed that you should have already cut into small pieces. Cut and place a watermelon stake slice and marinate.
Let marinate for 1 night.
so bake our tuna steak for 1 hour, until the biggest part of the water evaporates. When ready prepare the breading with White Sesame seeds and Black Sesame seeds. then Cut into slice.
then pepare a Smoot guacamole by chopping an onion. then blend a ripe avocato until having a cream, add lime juice salt and pepper to taste.
It’s time to serve in a plate with a abundant splash of that guacamole creamy sauce. Then place carefully the tuna stake on top. Garnish with some vegan junkies garlic mayo and some tufts of rocket salad.
Enjoy with your chopstick and a bit of hot sauce, or wasabi if you prefer.
