Let marinate for 1 night.

so bake our tuna steak for 1 hour, until the biggest part of the water evaporates. When ready prepare the breading with White Sesame seeds and Black Sesame seeds. then Cut into slice.

then pepare a Smoot guacamole by chopping an onion. then blend a ripe avocato until having a cream, add lime juice salt and pepper to taste.

It’s time to serve in a plate with a abundant splash of that guacamole creamy sauce. Then place carefully the tuna stake on top. Garnish with some vegan junkies garlic mayo and some tufts of rocket salad.

Enjoy with your chopstick and a bit of hot sauce, or wasabi if you prefer.
