Healthy Home-made granola

Good morning fellas! are you facing a good smoothie bowl with some home-made granola for breakfast?! Keep on reading. I will share all my secret for the perfect granola.

Granola is a breakfast and snack food consisting of rolled oatsnutshoney or other sweeteners such as brown sugar, and sometimes puffed rice, that is usually bakeduntil crisp, toasted and golden brown. The mixture is stirred while baking to avoid burning and to maintain a loose breakfast cerealconsistency. Dried fruit, such as raisins and dates, and confections such as chocolate are sometimes added. Granola is often eaten in combination with yogurt, honey, fresh fruit (such as bananasstrawberries or blueberries), milk or other forms of cereal. It also serves as a topping for various pastriesdesserts or ice cream

Ingredient for Home-made granola

Oats
Agave
Flax seeds
Chia seeds
Tahini
Coconut flakes
Coconut oil
Himalayan salt
Nuts
Dried fruit (optional)

Procedure

Let’s stat by grabbing a bowl and pouring 250 g of oats, then let’s add all the dry ingredients. Starting by flax and chia seeds, coconut flakes and chopped nuts. To balance the sweetness also add a pinch of Himalayan salt. Then it’s time to add the wet ingredients, so add two or 3 spoon of agave syrup, a spoon of tahini and two spoon of coconut oil. Mix well together and pour it onto a baking tray and bake it until golden brown. Add the dry fruits you like the best. Let it cool and with your hands brake it into small granola bites. Store them in your favorite jar and enjoy it with plant base yogurt, smoothies or in simple plant base milk.
