Fried rice, is officially the national dish of Indonesia. It is cooked in many southeast Asian countries. It’s mainly composed of rice, vegetable, seafood, or meat. Obviously, I’m not using any of that my versions consist of leftover brown rice, cabbage, green peas, and carrots. However, there is a secret in the base ingredients before panfrying your rice. Reed below the procedure for an unbelievably tasty fried rice.

How to make fried rice
In a wok or a non-stick pan pour some sesame oil and warm it up. In the meanwhile prepare ginger, garlic, and onion. These 3 ingredients can’t miss in any of your Asian dishes! Chop finely all three and drop them into the pan, sauté until golden. Then add some green peas, and I used the frozen ones. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. In the meantime peel and cut in mall pieces a carrot. And add it as well to the pan. Remember to stir continuously. Then shred some cabbage and add it to the wok. When the veggies start to wither add the rice, some chilly, and soy sauce. Pan fry for a few minutes. Serve on a plate with some coriander and sesame seeds.
