Blueberry&Peanut oat

Blueberry&Peanut oat to brighten your morning. How do you make your oats? Baked, slow cooked or baked…
I enjoy oats a lot in the morning, the combination of the toppings are infinites. This morning I made it with blueberries and peanut butter and obviously bananas.


Rolled oats
chia seed
Water or Plant base milk
Blue Berries
Peanut butter

How to make Blueberry&Peanut oat

Pour the rolled oats into your favorite bowl then add a tablespoon of chia seeds. Afterward, slice a banana and add half a cup of water or your favorite plant-based milk. Add a couple of your blueberries and Now, you can either slow cook in the pan, bake in the oven, or just microwave it as I did.

Ten top with other fresh blueberry and a spoon of peanut butter! Enjoy the creaminess!
